Stage 1 · Roof
Age, condition and remaining life.
Four stages from roof assessment to a monitored system, with estimates labelled honestly.
A solar array lasts decades and a roof does not. Putting panels on a roof with five years left means removing and reinstalling them later at real cost, so we check the roof first and will tell you to replace it before we quote. Shading is measured on site, not estimated from satellite imagery.
Age, condition and remaining life.
Measured on site across the day.
Pitch and direction assessed.
Including not yet, or not worth it.
Twelve months of actual bills.
To consumption, not to roof area.
With the assumptions shown.
Equipment, warranties and total cost.
Systems get oversized because larger systems pay better commission. We size to twelve months of your actual bills, show the production model with its assumptions visible, and are explicit that it is a model — weather varies, usage changes, and net metering rules are set by policy rather than by us.
Florida has specific wind load requirements and local authorities inspect for them. Work is done by licensed contractors, permits are pulled, inspections are attended, and penetrations are flashed properly — a leak two years later is the part nobody budgets for and the part that ruins the project.
Applied for before anything is ordered.
Licensed crews, flashed penetrations.
Local authority sign-off.
Permits and warranties handed over.
Submitted to the serving utility.
Their timeline, honestly stated.
Tested and energised.
Underperformance flagged, not ignored.
A system cannot legally be energised until the utility approves interconnection, and that timeline is theirs rather than ours. Afterwards, monitoring matters: a failed optimiser or a shaded string can cost a quarter of production for months before anyone notices from a bill alone.
A free assessment, and an honest answer — including when the answer is no.
